Kyle Media, a local Toledo, media agency is seeking an intern to join our newest venture into the Scuttlebutt App. This exciting new tool has been created to bring boaters a one stop application that serves all their boating experience needs from social sharing to trip planning to continuing education.
Scuttlebutt is seeking a channel development intern to partner with sales marketers and business associates to develop marketing techniques and strategies to reach customers in the boating community.
You are the link between businesses and your job duties include creating resources to reach business customers. Working as a channel developer requires developing relationships with channel partners, so this position will require an emphasis on skills in communication, organi

Business Channel Developer Responsibilities:
Creating a target list of businesses that would benefit from the audience being gathered through the new app
Mimicking national models like, Trip Advisor, on ways to encourage business participation
Identifying goals and strategies to fill in these relationships
Collaborating with other departments and team members and brainstorming subjects for creative content
Managing the distribution of content through our various channels, including social media
Analyzing performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content
